1st time ordering supplies to make a facial toner. i ordered on a friday, forgot they are off, but non the less on mon 5/21/12 my order was shipped and come wed..BAM! there it was. the packaging was nice, the supplies were securely wrapped and no leakage. cant wait to get started. i will defintely re-order. thank you for the prompt service. my only regret is that i forgot to order a dropper-my inexperience. otherwise im totally satisfied. thank you again.

I love this company! The website is easy to use and all of the products I have ordered are true, quality products. The butters are rich and creamy and the oils are just perfect. Customer service rocks...I've only worked with Allan, but he makes me feel as if he works only for me. Great experience! You have a customer for life!

hi i have placed a few orders in the last 2 yrs. i love all the products i have purchased so far, the only thing i dont like is the labels on the e.o's- f.o's bottles, they fade very quickly & are sometimes hard to read whats in the bottle, not because of dripping,but just from the ink comes off , i think they (labels) should be laminated maybe?, i know when i make my products i have to put clear tape over the labels or they come off or rub off easily to, & i believe thats the only complaint i have about soapgoods products! other than that i would love to see more recipes or usage information on some more of the products, just my point of view, your doing an awesome job other than the labels!
