I like this stuff and I am using it as a natural preservative for my soaps that have flowers and food as exfoliaters. With all the crap you can have that is fake in soap, I feel proud to add this in the soap! It is awesome and the smell is nice too! Like others have said, it is thick!

This oil is VERY thick so dont even bother with the dropper. I removed mine and extract the oil with a toothpick when adding to recipes. Lovely smell, and very healing for cracked skin or chapped lips.

Once you figure out how to use this oil, its beautiful light exotic fragrance will take away your "winter blues." Tips: It is a sap consistency- I put it in "hot water" For a few minutes to thin it out. "Do not put the Bottle in boiling water it will crack and break." Just soak it in "hot tap water." Use tongs to get it out of hot water. Use a disposable "eye dropper" to transfer the oil. This stuff is sticky!!! I clean it up with vinegar and baking soda. Try not to get it on anything because it is, so sticky. I hope this helps when using this oil. It was a bit frustrating to use at first but, after some “school of hard knocks” I love the fragrance and its properties.

Title: Thining Benzoin
With a spatula, add half a gram of Benzoin to 1.5ml of Alcool 90 or Oil. Let it sit for 24 hours and use it drop by drop to your preparation.
