Uses: When used in the bath, Dead Sea Salt can be used for treating skin ailments as well as simply helping to induce relaxation. Bath salts from the Dead Sea can be purchased in its original pure form or can come in a variety of colors, scents and sizes, or mixed with essential oils. It can be used to help alleviate skin ailments such as eczema and psoriasis. The minerals that the Dead Sea Salt contains helped to relieve muscular pain, regulates cell functioning and activity and helps to stabilize fluid levels in the body. The salt, due to its coarseness can also be used as a scrub or exfoliant and can be used in conjunction with Epsom salts. Recipe/Process: Dead Sea Salt Scrub and Soak

• 3 tsp raw honey
• 2 cups Dead Sea Salt
• 6 drops Grapefruit Pink
• 6 drops of Mandarin

In a small bowl, combine and mix the honey and the oils into the Dead Sea Salt. Make your bathwater, but not too hot or you will become sedated and not refreshed. Stand in the bath and taking a handful of the salt, scrub your body all over. Allow the mixture fall into the bathwater. Soak for no longer than 20 minutes because this bath mixture is meant to rejuvenate. Afterwards you can massage Jojoba oil into your entire body along with your preferred essential oil and let the oils absorb into your skin.
