This jar is alright. It is very light and the opening of this jar is a little bit narrow for my liking (the sides of the rim are somewhat wide, making the room for your hand a bit restricted). If I need a large jar, I prefer the 16 oz blue jar. It is a prettier color, and seems to be made of sturdier material. In addition, the opening is wider. This jar seems like it may be better for storing items or pouring items, but not for something like a lotion or a cream.
