OMG! I put some tea tree oil in my shea butter and applied it to my scalp after deep conditioning my hair...it soothe my scalp. The only thing I will do next time is to do this during the week because the scent is soooo strong...I was afraid to go to church. I didn't want to offend anyone with the strong smell:) Nevertheless, it is great for those who perm their hair and may experience chemical burns...It's the only essential oil I would put directly on the scalp/skin...Thanks SG's for having the best of the best products!!!

I can't say enough about this essential oil...I use this in my medicated scalp therapy products. It mixes well with Eucalyptus Globulus and Peppermint Japanese. When I am making my sheacoca medicated hair butter, I put a few drops of each and you can almost immediately feel it working to stop itchy scalp...It also assist in dryness of the scalp...I love it and will never stop buying it at SoupGoods...Can't beat the prices!!!
