• 3 tbsp sunflower oil
• 3 tbsp liquid castile soap
• 3 tbsp aloe vera juice
• 1 tsp vegetable glycerin
• 3 drops helichrysum essential oil
• 3 drops German Chamomile essential oil

Combine and mix all of the ingredients together in a glass bottle. Shake the oil before each use. The cleansing oils keep for 1 month and can be made custom for any skin type by using various types of essential oils. Epileptics, and pregnant women should avoid using peppermint, lemon, carrot-seed, rosemary and orange essential oils.

Instructions on how to use: Wash your face and your neck. Twice a day, every day, be sure to massage 1 tbsp of the cleansing oil onto your face. Be careful to avoid your eyes. Massage it into your chest and neck. Use circular motions that are gentle. Moisten your hands. Massage your face, neck and chest until some foam appears. Rinse off the cleansing oil with warm water. Pat your skin dry. Apply skin cream and facial toner (if needed).
