  • Natural: Natural, Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin which needs fat carriers in order to be absorbed. Due to this it is not as easily assimilated as vitamins which are water soluble. Vitamin E can be found in nuts, vegetable oils, sprouted grains, fresh fruits, animal innards, egg yolk, lean meat, peanuts and green leafy vegetables. It can also be found in fortified foods like certain cereals. Vitamin E can also be synthetically made and the difference between them is notable. Natural Vitamin E consists of only D forms of tocotrienols and tocopherols while the synthetic form of Vitamin E consists of equal amounts of D and L forms of these chemicals. The L forms are less biologically effective than the natural D form.

Great antioxidant and moisturizer, I only wish they still sold the 1 oz bottles.
I use Vitamin E oil in my oil-based body scrubs. It is a good antioxidant and keeps the oils from spoiling. A little goes a long way, too!
I use this Vitamin E in all my oil based products to extend their shelf life and prevent rancidy of the oils. It also adds extra mosturization to the final product.
