I am new to soap making and was overwhelmed with the soap making supply vendors on the internet. I am also on the "older" side and am very leery of making online purchases. I wrote my concerns to SoapGoods customer service via email, and they assured me that I was dealing with a reputable business. I placed my order for 2 different soap bases, 2 molds, and 3 essential oils. I really appreciate the attentiveness customer service took with our online correspondence. I received my order 2 days after placing my order. Wonderfully fast, and correctly addressed. Around the same time I placed an order with a vendor that is highly rated (according to Saponifier and Handcrafted Soapmakers Guild) and their customer service & shipping were disdainful and caused me a lot of grief. Needless to say, I would like to make SoapGoods my "go-to" vendor for all my supplies!!!
