We currently ship nationwide(USA) from Atlanta, Georgia. We do not ship to Canada or Internationally.
At Soap Goods.com we believe in top notch service. Part of that is getting you the products you need as quickly as possible. Soap Goods.com is committed to shipping 94% of our orders the next business day.

Shipping & handling charges and general delivery times are displayed when you are checking out., these include any handling charges. Please add one day to transit time for order processing. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges, if an adjustment occurs you will be contacted prior shipping.

Delivery dates vary once the items have been shipped. On the east coast it may take about 2 to 3 days, on the west cost 4 to 6.

If your order cannot ship within 48 hrs we will notify you. Deliveries are made by third parties, Soap Goods.com cannot guarantee delivery dates.

International customers (outside USA):

At Soap Goods.com we pride ourselves on carrying the highest quality product available. However if you would like to return a product for any reason, you can do so, no questions asked within 10 days of purchase. Items must be in unused resalable condition. Any special discounts applied to your order will be reassessed. Shipping charges are always the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. After the 10 day period returns will not be accepted.
All of our products go through intense quality testing before being released to our customers. Please take advantage of our economically priced samples if you are unsure.
