Home Shipping

Shipping Information

We currently ship nationwide to the USA from our warehouse at 3075 Jonquil Drive SE, Suite A, Smyrna, Georgia, 30080. We do not ship internationally

Pickups

  1. Pickups only available Monday - Thursday, 11:30 - 4pm. NOT OPEN FRIDAY / SATURDAY / SUNDAY
  2. Pickups must be prepaid (paid via Credit Card or Paypal Online)
  3. Pickup orders placed before 2pm are available the next business day. Pickup orders placed after 2pm are available in 2 business days.
  4. Government ID is required and must match the name on the order.
  5. If a courier is being used they must have a copy of the order.
  6. There is no showroom and no samples at this location.
  7. Employees do not handle cash, credit, cannot do refunds, or changes, orders cannot be changed once placed.

Cost

We charge the actual rates from our shippers, you will see the charges during checkout.

In case of error we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges, if an adjustment occurs you will be contacted prior shipping. (this is extremely rare).
This fee does not apply to pickup orders

Speed

Soap Goods.com is committed to shipping 97% of our orders the next business day.

For Example:

If you place your order on Monday it will most likely ship out of our warehouse Tuesday.
If you place your order late afternoon Friday it will most likely ship out of our warehouse Tuesday.
If you place your order Friday morning it will most likely ship out of our warehouse Monday.

Fast Shipping

Rush shipping

Rush Shipping is available. This will put your order right at the top of the queue (only behind other rush orders). You will see this option during checkout, there is a small fee for this service of $2.99. Orders placed before 2 pm EST that have rush shipping selected will ship the same day if possible. If you order is placed after 2pm EST the rush shipping applies to the next day. If your order is not shipped according to the policy stated above, upon request we will refund your rush shipping charge.

Delivery dates vary once the items have been shipped, on the east coast it may take about 2 to 3 days, on the west cost 4 to 5. If your order cannot ship immediately we will notify and provide options for you. Deliveries are made by third parties, Soap Goods.com cannot guarantee delivery dates.

 

Method

You can choose your own method during the checkout process, we have USPS postal service, USPS flat rate, Fedex and UPS available. We also have express delivery via UPS available (2 and 3 day air). Quotes are provided for all delivery options on the website for you. We do not ship USPS postal express or Fedex express, if you require one of these express options there is a $15 dollar administration fee. There is NO administration fee for express shipments via UPS

 

No signature required.

If you want a signature to be required please make a note in the comments section. SoapGoods.com is not responsible for deliveries that are marked no signature required and are lost, damaged or stolen. There is no fee for requiring a signature but the customer must request this service. We will do our best to pass on special messages (for example leave at side door, leave on porch etc) however we do not assume responsibility for the order if these request are not observed by the shipper.

 

Packaging

Our orders are packed in single wall corrugated brown boxes. Bubble wrap is used to ensure your products arrive in pristine condition. Fragrance and Essential oils are packed in Amber Bottles, the larger 16 oz sizes in specially coated Aluminum containers.

Carrier oils and some ingredients are packaged in frosted plastic bottles and Jars where applicable.
