For all soap makers out there.....this is a great company. I placed my first order a few days ago, it arrived in 2 business days and was professionally packaged. I am pleased with the quality of the products and will be placing future orders. The website is easy to navigate and if I have a question, I just send an email. Oh yeah, and tracking the order is easy. You even get notified via email that your order has already been delivered. Good website, good products, and good customer service. It doesn't get any better than this. Soapgoods by far exceeds what other companies are offering their customers. Soapgoods has even surpassed my expectations....and I am very hard to please.

"I made a mistake on my order and put that I wanted to pay my money order instead of check as I wanted...I contacted SoupGoods and they fixed it and put my points back...which allowed me to use the on the right order.

When I first starte out making soap I tried many sites, Soapgoods has exceeded my expectations every step of the way! I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family members who also make soap or other aromatherapy items! The products here are a quality I trust enough to use in the soaps I make for my children (who have VERY sensitive skin) my babies and my friends love it! The goats milk base is my favorite ;)

I have been ordering from Soapgoods for about 2 years now. I have never once been disappointed in any product or their customer service. I absolutely love their oils!!

I order from SW often. I make handmade soap and body products. I will not go anywhere else for my oils.

So far, all I have done is ordered soap base oils to make goatsmilk soap over the holidays. Even though my order has not yet arrived, I was so pleased to receive the email that explained what I could expect from Soapgoods and that they would not be emailing me regularly. Finally, a company who knows what we are going through! Now I'm thinking about signing up for the newsletter! See how easy this is, huge American Box Companies, just ask us!!! :)

I have been gone a while...only for personal reasons not because I was dissatisfied with the level of quality of Soapgoods...I was looking for a good grapeseed oil and remembered that soup goods sold it, and I did not have to worry about the quality...I AM BACK!

I really enjoy this website and the ordering experience. I received my package in a timely fashion, much sooner than expected. Everything was packed nicely in bubble wrap.
