"I am new to soap making and was overwhelmed with the soap making supply vendors on the internet. I am also on the ""older"" side and am very leery of making online purchases.

I wrote my concerns to Soapgoods customer service via email, and they assured me that I was dealing with a reputable business. I placed my order for 2 different soap bases, 2 molds, and 3 essential oils.

I really appreciate the attentiveness customer service took with our online correspondence.

I received my order 2 days after placing my order. Wonderfully fast, and correctly addressed.

Around the same time I placed an order with a vendor that is highly rated (according to Saponifier and Handcrafted Soapmakers Guild) and their customer service & shipping were disdainful and caused me a lot of grief.

Needless to say, I would like to make Soapgoods my ""go-to"" vendor for all my supplies!!!

Such a great experience with these guys. They have a great selection, fast shipping, and when I goofed and forgot to add something to my order they added it for me after the fact. I'll definitely be coming back here for all my ingredients.

I greatly appreciate the packaging of the micas and pigments. Your packaging in plastic jars make them ready to use. Other companies have sold them in plastic bags making them easy to spill .

I was browsing around the net for Shea butter. I recently place on order for Shea butter and was disappointed to find out that the African Shea butter is not available. However, I order the unrefined Shea Butter is surprised at the texture. I whip my Shea Butter with essential oil for my hair and skin. This is a keeper.
