I had ordered 20 plastic jars and 20 caps to match for my homemade body butters and sugar scrubs, but I had only received 15 caps. Now I'm stuck with 15 lonely jars! I do love them, though, and the fact that this site has so many different ingredients to choose from, all in one place!

Soapgoods is an awsome supplier. I purchesed thing from bramble berry and Soapgoods practicaly at the same time and soap good products got there faster than bramble berry by like an week.. Awsome selection of pruducts and easy checkouts.. will deff shop here again.

I am beyond pleased with my Soapgoods experience. The selection is very good, the prices are reasonable, and the customer service is stellar. They are always very accommodating and helpful. I also love that I am able to pick up in person and save myself the shipping costs, especially with heavier items such as the larger sizes of vegetable oils. I cannot recommend them strongly enough!

I made my first order recently and I was extremely pleased with range of products, customer service and fast delivery (even the shipping was little pricey). Prices are great, so I kept adding products to my cart. I made the big order late in the evening, then I realized that I wanted an additional product so I sent email to customer service about name/price/quantity of it explaining the case (I was hoping they will see my email in the morning before they ship the rest); I was totally shocked when Allen responded to me in an hour - I never had better customer service; it was around 11pm - is he sleeping at all :) He added the product to the original order without increasing the shipping costs. Thx Allen ! Products are great, I learned a lot from the site and I am making everything I need for my business. I will definitely order again!

I have just started making soaps, so I go to the local hobby shop DON'T GO TO THEM, GO TO Soapgoods!!! You won't be sorry. Fast shipping, great smelling oils and prices are reasonable (hope they stay that way). I am getting ready to put in another order. THANK YOU Soapgoods!!!

Ive just started to make soaps and lotions. I have looked at many many sites for the supplies I need for my products and Soapgoodshas wonderful prices on the ingredients i need! Im very excited to start ordering and receive my order to begin making more soap!

Soapgoods repeatedly exceeds my expectations. They not only provide qualified products but the shipping is extremely fast! The prices are also great and the customer service is superior. This is definitely a 5 star business.
