I just received my (3rd) order and as before I am very pleased. The order process is easy, the shipping is quick, everything is packaged well and the quality of the products is good. I couldn't ask for more. I will be referring people to Soapgoods as I begin teaching soap making classes.

I am thoroughly pleased with the service of Soapgoods.com. They are always prompt and their products are always high quality. I only wish they had local pickups.

I'm new to this company and I placed a second order with them. My order ended up being canceled. I had no idea that this happened until I looked to see if it had shipped. There was no notification or anything. I have tried emailing then twice asking why my order was canceled but no response.

I placed an order late Monday afternoon got it on Wednesday early afternoon. I have had such great service from this company. Hope they aloe butter is back in stock soon!

I ordered some goods previously without any problems. On Sunday, I placed an order and tried to cancel it 15 minutes later. I forgot to add another item, but you can't edit an order on on their site. I sent them two emails to cancel the shipment. One Sunday and one on Mon before they opened at 11:30. Since it was still processing they should have gotten the email Monday before it shipped. I also tried calling them buy they don't answer the phone. I checked my order just now. They shipped it anyway and ignored my emails to cancel. So, now I have to place another order and pay a higher amount of freight than I would have if I could have added to the first order.

I have ordered from Soapgoods 3 times already. Products are always the highest quality and the a fair price. I will continue to order from them in the future! :)

Great prices and quality products. The mango butter is wonderful, I love the ease of using the cocoa butter in the little pieces instead of having to melt it down first, and the lip balm tube boxes add a wonderful, professional touch to my products. I find their shea butter a little gritty, but I know that gritty shea butter is because it's less refined. Some like that purity, but I prefer a smoother ingredient for my products. However, the best part by far is the wonderful customer service. I have never had more than 24 hours pass before my stuff is shipped, and I have never had a problem with a single product ordered, but I just know that if I ever did, they'd handle it with a quickness! I also love that they carry potassium hydroxide, as I live in a small town and can't purchase that locally. Anyways, I love this site!

Not cool....everything was going just fine with this purchase until I agreed to fill out survey of purchase about Soapgoods. My reward for giving feedback, sucked into wormhole of magazine publishers. Ended up having too finally select one mag for $2.00. Never get that last 10 min back...hey add this to my survey Soapgoods, Your checkout Sucked...
