I find the smell of this less harsh than traditional, Australian Tea Tree Essential Oil. At first I doubted it's usage would be as beneficial but now I am in love with this oil and prefer it to the Australian variety. The scent mixes better with the types of oils I use it with (lemongrass, palmarosa, spearmint, petitgrain and a few others). I use it most for application to nails mixed with virgin coconut oil during mani/pedicures, and also as an ingredient for insect repellent.
I used this EO in a shampoo bar. I find the scent a little overpowering, but my husband LOVES it.
"The scent is strong. I've been using it for personal use. This was my first time buying tea tree oil so I have nothing to compare it too. I bought a handbook on this oil and its good for about everything, add it to shampoo, mouth wash etc. Also If you do not have this oil in your first aid kit please get it.

Right now:)

I made a natural cleaning product with this oil. I love it's long lasting smell in my bathroom. I love to clean my cats liter with it when I empty everything! I know it won't hurt her. Safe and natural and this oil is known for its anti fungal properties. I also plan to make a face soap with it.
OMG! I put some tea tree oil in my shea butter and applied it to my scalp after deep conditioning my hair...it soothe my scalp. The only thing I will do next time is to do this during the week because the scent is soooo strong...I was afraid to go to church. I didn't want to offend anyone with the strong smell:) Nevertheless, it is great for those who perm their hair and may experience chemical burns...It's the only essential oil I would put directly on the scalp/skin...Thanks SG's for having the best of the best products!!!
I can't say enough about this essential oil...I use this in my medicated scalp therapy products. It mixes well with Eucalyptus Globulus and Peppermint Japanese. When I am making my sheacoca medicated hair butter, I put a few drops of each and you can almost immediately feel it working to stop itchy scalp...It also assist in dryness of the scalp...I love it and will never stop buying it at SoupGoods...Can't beat the prices!!!
