Returns

We are happy to process a refund for products purchased for any reason (shipping is not refundable), with some restrictions. You can feel confident while you shop on Soapgoods knowing that you can return items for any reason for a full refund of the items price. No restocking fees or other hidden charges.

Restrictions:

  1. Returns are only accepted within 60 days of the initial order
  2. We cannot control storage conditions, and therefore cannot guarantee shelf life. (Shelf life can vary depending on storage conditions.)
  3. All products must be returned in saleable condition. If we do not receive the merchandise or if it is damaged, we will not issue a refund or credit.
  4. Keep the tracking number of any returns, returns lost or damaged will not be processed
  5. Shipping (both ways) is the responsibility of the customer

To submit a return, login to your account, go to your order history and click on the order, then click on "Request a replacement or a refund" in the center of the page. Please watch this video for easy instructions.
