I bought some melt and pour that I was so unhappy with. I called the company and explained how the melt and pout just crumbled. I even tried to salvage it but it still crumbled. I wondered if it was old. They made it feel like it wasn't them but me. I wont be buying this anymore. I lost a lot of money on that purchase. But I am happy with the citric acid. But wont purchase that melt and pour again. It was old I think and wasn't sealed when it arrived.

I ordered the Myrrh Essential Oil. I am new to essential oils so I don't know if it is supposed to be this way but the oil is so thick I can't get it out of the bottle. I won't order this again.

I have been using SW for quite some time now and I have been thrilled. Since I am so close, I wish I was able to pick up when I'm in a squeeze, but shipping has been really reliable and fast.

I have been using Soap Good since I started in 2010. While they are not always the cheapest (though often are) they have always been the best. I have gotten E.O.'s from other suppliers and often find they are cut or low quality. And their customer service is amazing. It is rare for me to find a business that really seems to get that my business depends on them, and I really feel like they do and look out for me. :)
