Best company ever. I was, at first hesitant, because I literally stumbled upon this site looking for more information about soaps and such. I sent an email to see how quickly theyd respond, and it was about 30 min. or so, and them bam, i had an email for them, and the person was incredibly polite, and helpful with my questions. I know now where to get all my soap making supplies from, and their prices cannot be beat, anywhere. Their soap is so good, i actually sold all of my soaps to my friends less than a day after recieving them. Thanks guys :D

The customer service here at Soapgoods is like no other. I was sent the wrong bottle caps in error and the problem was handled the same day and my tops were shipped and I received them in 2 days! Because of this, I was able to make my customers happy. :-) Thanks Soapgoods!

Well, I can not say how my product experience was. I never got that far. I seem to have failed in getting you to realize that my city is St. Augustine. I could not set up an account because of this. I am at a loss as to what I should do. I do not know anyway to tell you except the truth. You have heard of St. Augustine, haven't you? You know, the oldest city in the USA?

Soaps Wests has the best customer service. Every time I email a question I always get an answer in a very timely manner and if I have any problems at all they are more than happy to help me out. They actually care about you as a customer and I really appreciate that! I will be a customer for as long as I am making my bath and body products.

I Love everything about Soapgoods I have used the beeswax and pineapple flavor to make my lipbalm and it was a hit my first try. And the Goat Milk Loton is awesome. Can't wait to try other products.

I am already using my products! I ordered and got my products so fast. I had a question about a product I needed but it was nighttime, and customer service called me back early the next day. Try the essiential oils! Awesome!

I ordered a 16oz Sweet Almond Oil and a 16oz Walnut Oil. When I received my order, it contained the 16oz Almond Oil, but a 4oz Walnut Oil. I called and explained what I received and I thought I would have been offered the other 12oz, but I was tolde that the 16oz would be sent out. This was my first order and have placed another one a couple of days ago. I'm just so impressed with the amount of products available and the information included with the descriptions on your website. Thank you so much!!!
