Using: The shrink band is a sleeve that fits over your standard lip balm tube - you may shrink it by using either a heat gun or hair dryer on low setting

This band has been great for my lip balms. I use an oval lip balm tube and was so happy to be able to use this shrink band. The shrink band, however, DOES NOT shrink very well with a hair dryer. It took a long time and ended up very wavy. I switched and used a heat gun and it looks great.
